Pricing List

All packages include:​

  • Bride and groom suites

  • Tables and chairs for up to your guest count (setup and teardown provided)

  • White or black tablecloths with your choice of white, black, or champagne overlays

  • Climate controlled venue with air conditioning and heating

  • Buffet table, cake table, drink table, and refrigerator

  • Ceremony chairs (setup provided)

  • Venue access from 9:00 AM CST to 10:30 PM CST

If available, the day before your event can be reserved for $1,000, including access from 9:00 AM CST to 10:00 PM CST. *You are responsible for table setup for rehearsal dinner*

Rehearsal Day Rental Add-on:

One of our Certified Interior Decorators can help you design your event, take care of all decorations, as well as decoration clean up at the end! *Fees can range from $1,000-$2,500 depending on rental materials and florals*

Event Decorator Add-on:

  • Day-of: $1,000 

  • Month-of: $1,500 (Finalize vendor details and build timeline)

  • Full Service: $2,500 (Vendors, decorations, floor plan, timeline, etc.)

Event Coordination Add-on:

  • Telephone Booth: $300 (recordings of voicemails on a USB) or $450 (keep the vintage telephone and play the voicemails anytime)

  • Basketball Game "They scored love- can you score points?" $150

  • Black and Gold "Red Carpet Posts": $100 or $150 with black carpet

  • Black Sign/banner holder: 3 at $25 each (68" tall, 30" wide)
